E-mail / FTP Login Request Form

Use this form to register your e-mail addresses and login for FTP. Simply follow the steps and fill in the fields below.

1. Tell us the name of your domain:

2. Choose your user name. This is the part that comes before the @ symbol. (i.e. in the email address myemail@thenetnow.com the user name is myemail) Note: Very common names such as 'webmaster', 'info' or 'sales' may only be used as aliases. Pop accounts should be 'unique'. For example, your name or company name (johnsmith, abcsales etc.)

3. Decide whether you require a "POP3" e-mail address or an e-mail "alias". Use the table below to see how many e-mails come with the package you have. You may order more if required. For new accounts, please specify at least ONE pop email account. The first POP account chosen will also be used for your FTP access login and password.

A POP3 is a full email account (like the one issued by your ISP). E-mail is stored on our server until you download it to your e-mail program. You can send and receive mail with this account. Most popular e-mail clients such as Outlook Express and Eudora will handle multiple POP3 E-mail accounts. We will bill you for extra POP3's at $2.00 CAD each per month ($1.30 USD)

An e-mail alias simply 're-directs' e-mail to your existing POP3 e-mail address. No special configuration is required on your part. When someone sends an email to the specified e-mail alias, it is automatically forwarded to whatever e-mail address you have assigned. The downside is that when you SEND e-mail, the address your recipient sees is your regular POP3 e-mail address, not the alias. You may order extra e-mail aliases if required at a one time setup fee of $2.00 CAD each ($1.30 USD).
