Heather Peel started doing web design and opened The Net Now back in 1998, during the peak of the dot-com boom when Google had just started and Amazon only sold books and CD’s.  She and her husband Grant managed The Net Now as a web hosting business for more than 25 years from 2000 to 2026.  Heather has always loved helping people and loves working on websites, speciallizing in WordPress.  In 2026, she now plans to shift her focus on helping a smaller group of clients with their website needs as well as have more time to travel and spend time with family.

If you are an existing client or just have a quick question, often there would be no charge. The consulting service is meant for clients who have a lot of questions (all at once or over a period of time) or have unique requirements involving some research to find the right solutions. We can simply provide recommendations, or we can take your project and run with it, managing all the technical details for you including web design, hosting, domain names and email. However, you know your business best, so we will still need some information from you and you may still need to take some actions on your own.

What I hear most from clients is that websites are not their area of expertise and they feel out of their depth trying to understand how all the bits and pieces fit together. Things can get quite complicated. I’d be happy to sit down and listen to your questions and then prepare a personalized step-by-step plan for your business.
