Manage Email
The Net Now offers 2 different mail services.
cPanel: The first one is the default emails that come with your web hosting account called cPanel emails. You do not pay an additional fee for these.
Premium Email: The second type of email is the Premium Email which is external to your hosting and you pay a per mailbox fee.
The instructions for each type of email service is shown below.
cPanel Email:
To login to Webmail in your cPanel mailbox (the one that comes by default with your hosting), you can use the following link, making sure to replace mywebsite.com with your own domain name:
https://mywebsite.com/webmail
Enter your email address and password. If you see a large box that says RoundCube, click that to access your emails. You can always go back to the screen with all of the options by clicking on left sidebar menu on the orange cP icon. You may need to do this to do things like setting a new password, adding an autoreply and more.
To administer ALL mailboxes on your account you can use the following link, making sure to replace mywebsite.com with your own domain name:
https://mywebsite.com/cpanel
Just add /cpanel after your website name in a browser similar to this example above. This is your control panel where you can access tools to manage your website, email, DNS or SSL etc. More information on many of the tools found here can be viewed at: https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/
Premium Email – Webmail:
If you are using the premium email accounts, the webmail utility is found at:
https://webmail.emailsrvr.com
The webmail is where you manage your email account. You may update password, create an out of office reply, manage Allow and Deny lists and much more.
Of course, you may also setup your email in an email program such as Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird as well as Mac Mail and many apps on devices like tablet or mobile phones. For help on setting up the device, with screenshots showing the settings you need for many devices, please go to the help page at:

If you are using the regular Cpanel emails that come bundled with your hosting, please see the cPanel email information below.
